We know your time is valuable, therefore we will arrange and complete any active treatment as efficiently as possible. Therefore, maintaining your scheduled appointments is of the utmost importance. If you cannot keep an appointment we request 2 business days notice or a charge may be made. Since the Dentist and staff have reserved this time for you it is very important to give us as much notice as possible.

A Special Message on Insurance
Simply stated, your dental benefit program (insurance) is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not part of that contract. However, as a service to you we will work with your plan by processing your claim and accepting direct payments. With dental insurance, there are a numerous and wide variety of plans which make it impossible for us to know all the details about every patient’s coverage. Some dental plans could lead you to believe that all items are covered when sometimes they are not. Therefore, to minimize problems involving insurance, it is your responsibility to understand your plan and to keep us abreast of any changes. As the dental health care is being provided to you, our patient, and not the insurance company, we would like to remind you that you are ultimately responsible for paying for the service to you. If you have difficulties in interpreting your plan we will be happy to go over it with you.
Our fees generally follow those published by the College of Dental Surgeons of B.C. Fee Guide and are accepted by most insurance companies. Payment is due as treatment is rendered. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods – Visa, MasterCard and personal bank card (Interac).
