Dr. Andrew Bass
Dr. Andrew Bass, is the newest member of Dr. Douglas Lovely & Associates, joining the team in 2009. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University, practicing first in Nova Scotia, before moving to British Columbia. He brings expertise in the fields of restorative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontal surgery, and endodontics.
Dr. Bass is bilingual, and offers his services to both English and French speaking patients. His practice is very understanding of the dental needs of children.
Since moving to the West Coast, Dr. Bass has been actively enjoying soccer, skiing, cycling, and hiking.
Dr. Fung-Wang
Dr. Kay Fung-Wang, has been practicing dentistry for 20 + years and is a graduate of both Dalhousie University and the University of Manitoba. She completed her Paediatric Residency program at the world-renowned Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Dr. Fung-Wang, has been a Clinical Instructor and Lecturer at Dalhousie University, University of Manitoba, and the University of British Columbia. She has been practicing with Dr. Lovely since 1994, and particularly enjoys family dentistry.
She is the mother of three children and married to Dr. Lun Wang, an Orthodontist practicing in Metro Vancouver. She actively contributes to events and activities at their children’s schools, and participates in many community events.
Dr. Fung-Wang’s dental practice offers service in both English and Cantonese.
Dr. Theriault
Dr. Chantal Theriault, joined the practice of Dr. Douglas Lovely & Associates in 2004, after graduating from McGill University in 2003, and completing a further General Practice Residency at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Theriault, delivers extensive training, experience and expertise in several dental specialities, with a focus in restorative, endodontics, and exodontia. Fluent in French and English, she is able to service both the English and French communities of Metro Vancouver.
Dr. Theriault, is happily married with two beautiful and energetic little girls. An outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Theriault enjoys running, hiking, and surfing adventures to Tofino, British Columbia.
Dr. Toews
Dr. Robert Toews, completed his Dentistry studies at the University of Toronto and McGill University. For outstanding academic achievement, he is recognized as a member of the Golden Key Academic Honours Society.
Dr. Toews, offers advanced training in numerous areas, with a focus in exodontia, periodontalogy, and implantology. He loves his work as a dentist and is committed to providing his patients with happy, healthy smiles and great dental care.
In his leisure time, Robert enjoys skiing, motorsports and tennis……always with family and friends and laughter.
Dr. Robert Toews, has been the recipient of many Awards for Community Service.
